Customer Service Representative Inside Sales



  • BS/BA preferred.
  • At least five years of Customer Service or Inside Sales experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to quickly learn new computer applications.
  • Pleasant phone manner.
  • Ability to work well with customers and coworkers at all organizational levels.
  • MUST be able to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal.
  • MUST be able to interview and work on-site.
  • MUST be a US Citizen.


  • Experience using a CRM system (preferably Salesforce).
  • Experience using an ERP system.
  • Experience working with OEM customers in the Semiconductor Industry.


  • Manage incoming orders for new products and repairs.
  • Communicate scheduling issues to customers and production group.
  • Prepare quotations and assist Sales in follow up activities.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to executive management.
  • Work with OEM buyers to help facilitate the sales process.
